About wRVU Tracker
wRVU Tracker is an independent, web-based productivity platform that helps physicians and advanced practice providers keep their own record of work RVUs. It was built by a physician, for physicians and APPs, so clinicians paid on productivity can check their numbers without relying only on employer dashboards.
Founder
wRVU Tracker was founded by Rami Youssef, MD, a practicing physician who built it to track his own work RVUs and uses it every day.
What it does
You log CPT and HCPCS codes, and wRVU Tracker prices each entry with official CMS Physician Fee Schedule RVUs for its date of service. It tracks productivity across multiple jobs, estimates compensation, measures progress toward wRVU targets, compares your output with specialty benchmarks, and exports your history as CSV.
Data and privacy
RVU values come from the CMS Physician Fee Schedule (2026 current, 2025 also available). wRVU Tracker is meant for procedure codes and totals, not patient information. Your entries are private to your account and are never shared with employers or payers. wRVU Tracker is for productivity reference only and is not a billing tool.
