Specialty Benchmarks
See how your productivity stacks up against national data for your specialty.
Setting your specialty
To see benchmark data, first set your specialty in Settings (under Profile). Choose from 60+ specialties across categories like Primary Care, Surgery, Hospital Medicine, and more. Once set, your specialty is used throughout the app for relevant comparisons.
National percentile data
On the Analytics page under the "Benchmarks" tab, you'll see how your annualized wRVUs compare to national data for your specialty. The benchmarks show the 25th, 50th (median), 75th, and 90th percentiles, along with the mean. A visual indicator shows exactly where you fall on the scale.
What "annualized" means
Benchmarks use annualized values — your current pace extrapolated to a full year. If you've been logging for 3 months and averaged 100 wRVUs/month, your annualized number is approximately 1,200. This makes your data comparable to published annual benchmarks even if you haven't been tracking for a full year.
