Manage your profile, appearance, data, and subscription from one place.
Profile
The Profile section is where you set your display name, specialty, compensation model, and dollar-per-wRVU rate. Your specialty choice drives benchmark comparisons throughout the app. Your compensation model determines how earnings estimates are calculated.
Appearance
Choose between light, dark, or system-matched themes. Toggle Privacy Mode to blur sensitive numbers when someone might be looking over your shoulder. Enable or disable sound effects for logging entries and milestone celebrations.
Work schedule
Set the number of days you typically work per week. This improves the accuracy of annualized projections and daily pacing calculations. If you work 4 days a week instead of 5, your projected annual wRVUs adjust accordingly.
Data Management
The Data Management tab has your CSV import tool and a data export option. You can also force-refresh your CPT code data if you suspect it's out of date (this is rarely needed — codes update automatically).
Plan and subscription
Free accounts can log up to 100 procedures. Subscribe to Pro to remove that limit and log unlimited procedures. The Plan tab shows your current status, and if you're subscribed, lets you manage billing and view your renewal date.
