Setting Targets

Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly wRVU goals and track your progress visually.

What targets do

Targets let you set wRVU goals on a schedule — weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Once set, your progress toward each target appears on both the Dashboard (as a progress card) and the Analytics page (in the Personal Targets tab). You'll see how far you are, what pace you need to maintain, and whether you're ahead or behind.

Creating a target

Go to the Analytics page and open the "Personal Targets" tab. Tap "Add Target" to open the target form. Pick the type (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), enter your wRVU goal, and set the start date. You can also set an optional stop date if the target is for a specific period (like a contract term). If you have a dollar-per-wRVU rate, you can attach it to the target to see earnings projections.

Managing your targets

You can have multiple targets active at the same time — for example, a weekly target of 40 wRVUs and a yearly target of 5,000. Edit any target to change the goal, dates, or rate. Hide targets you don't want on your Dashboard without deleting them. Delete a target if you no longer need it.

Specialty-based suggestions

When creating a target, you'll see suggested values based on national benchmarks for your specialty — the 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles. These give you a data-driven starting point rather than guessing.
