The Batch Logger

Build a list of your shift's codes and log them all at once — the fastest way to log at the end of a busy day.

What is the Batch Logger?

The Batch Logger lets you build a list of CPT codes — think of it as a notepad for your shift — and log everything in one tap at the end of the day. Instead of searching for and saving codes one at a time, you create a reusable list of your typical procedures, set quantities, and hit "Log All."

Where to find it

The Batch Logger is available as a dedicated tab on your Dashboard. It gives you a full workspace for searching and logging codes — build your list, set quantities, and log everything at once.

Building your list

Search for a CPT code using the search bar on your Dashboard, then tap the plus icon to add it to your Batch Logger list. Your list is saved automatically, so it's there the next time you open the app. You can reorder codes by dragging them, or remove codes you no longer need.

Setting quantities and modifiers

Before logging, set the quantity for each code — how many times you performed that procedure during the shift. If a code needs a modifier (like 25 or 51), tap the slider icon on the code to attach it. You can even split a single code into multiple sets with different modifiers — useful when you perform the same procedure more than once with different circumstances.

Logging everything at once

When your list is ready, tap "Log All" at the bottom. You'll see a confirmation summary showing every entry that will be created, along with the total wRVUs. Confirm, and all entries are saved at once. Any individual failures are shown without blocking the rest.

Repeat Last Shift

If your day looked a lot like your last one, tap "Repeat Last Shift." This loads the same codes and quantities from your most recent shift (any day where you logged 3 or more entries), including any modifiers. Adjust anything that's different and log — it can save you a lot of time on repetitive schedules.
